30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs, unless the item was defective).
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
- Final sale items (e.g., gift cards, clearance products) are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, personalized/custom products, and items marked "final sale."
- Products damaged due to misuse or missing parts not reported within 7 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@logicmatrix.tech with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back (we recommend using a trackable shipping method).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Refund timing depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@logicmatrix.tech. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund – no return shipping cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
